PDF files shall be searchable and shall allow the Government to copy and paste as text to another document. 5. A site visit is scheduled for August 9th, 2022 at 10:00AM PDT. Interested attendees are asked to meet at the McChord Field Visitor Center. This will be the only site visit conducted; requests for additional site visits will be denied. Potential vendors must register with Renaldo Valentine not later than 2:00 PM PDT on August 8th, 2022. Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is recommended but not required; vendors are responsible for providing their own PPE. All questions during the site visit will be submitted to Renaldo Valentine. 6. Any questions concerns, verification or clarification of information of the documents included in the solicitation package shall be emailed to the Contract Specialist no later than 4:00 PM, local time on August 18, 2022. Include in the subject line of the email the Government's solicitation number; failure to do so will lessen the Government's ability to ensure all questions are considered during the solicitation process. 7. Quoters are responsible for ensuring and confirming the contracting office received the electronic quote submission prior to the deadline.
