The project is to repair and reconfigure the existing barracks Building 09176, to align with the current standard for unaccompanied enlisted personnel housing (UEPH). The building was originally constructed 1985-88 with 2/2 dwelling modules. The new layout for the building will be 1/1 dwelling modules to align with the UEPH guidelines. The work requires demolition, site work, concrete work, painting, drywall, masonry, roofing, mechanical, HVAC, Electrical, etc. The Magnitude of Construction for this project is between $25,000,000 and $100,000,000. *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
