Reference number : 1636791 Review Title : road maintenance during winter 2022-2025 Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2022-09-12 Submission sent electronically accepted: No ROAD MAINTENANCE DURING WINTER 2022-2025 The municipality of Notre-Dame-de-la-Merci is requesting bids for the maintenance of roads during the winter for a period of three years, i.e. the winters of 2022-2023, 2023-2024, 2024-2025 inclusively as a 5-year option . All the conditions mentioned below of this call for tenders are contained within the tender documents, which are available exclusively through the electronic tendering system. Each tender must be accompanied by a certified check on an account registered in a financial institution doing business in Quebec and made out to the order of the Municipality of Notre-Dame-de-la-Merci or an irrevocable bank guarantee letter from a financial institution doing business in Quebec and authorized by the Inspector General of Financial Institutions or a bid bond of at least ten percent (10%) of the total amount of the bid. Said bid bond shall be issued for a period of ninety (90) days. The Municipality does not undertake to accept either the lowest or any of the tenders presented and incurs no obligation or costs of any kind towards the tenderer(s).
