Reference number : 1631888 Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2022-08-29 Submission sent electronically accepted: Yes, in a single submission document The Municipality of Saint-Henri requires bids for: SNOW REMOVAL OF CERTAIN ROADS IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF SAINT-HENRI Object of the contract: The Municipality of Saint-Henri is requesting tenders for the snow removal of certain roads. The Municipality does not undertake to accept either the lowest tender or any of the tenders received, and it declines all responsibility with regard to one or other of the tenderers in the event of rejection of all the tenders. The contract is awarded by decision of the council of the Municipality, at its sole discretion, and the Municipality cannot be bound in any way other than by a resolution of its council. A bid bond of 10% of the submitted price must accompany the bid.
