The work includes, but is not limited to, the installation of sanitary sewer and aqueduct pipes over an approximate length of 960 meters, the construction of ditches, four (4) culverts, two (2) retention basins and the construction of a roadway structure. The municipality does not undertake to accept the lowest bid, nor any of the bids received, and it declines all liability with regard to any of the bidders in the event of rejection of all bids. The contract is awarded by decision of the Municipal Council, at its sole discretion, and the municipality cannot be bound in any other way than by a resolution of its Council. A bid guarantee of 10% of the submitted price must accompany the bid.
