Reference number : 1368520 Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2020-05-15 The Municipality of Saint-Henri requests tenders for the repair of aqueducts, domestic and storm sewers and roads on Demers Street (approximately 220 linear meters). To be considered, all submissions must be prepared on the form provided by the Municipality. A tender guarantee of 10% of the price submitted must accompany the tender. In order to comply with the physical distancing instructions issued by the government due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the opening of tenders will not be carried out in the presence of the public. The opening of the tenders will be filmed and this video will be deposited in the site by addendum as soon as possible, and at most within four working days. This contract is subject to ACCQO, AQNB and ACI. Contractors must hold the license required under the Building Act (RSQ, c. B 1.1). The Municipality of Saint-Henri does not undertake to accept either the lowest or any of the bids received and it declines any responsibility with regard to either of the bidders in the event of rejection of all bids. The contract is awarded by decision of the Council, in its sole discretion, and the Municipality cannot be bound in any other way than by a resolution of its Council. Performance bond,materials and services of each corresponding 50% is required. *This project timeline has been extended due to the public health crisis.
