Renovation of a laboratory facility in Tampa, Florida. Working plans call for the renovation of a laboratory facility.
On behalf of the School Board of Hillsborough County, Williams Company Tampa, the Construction Manager for the Leto High School Lab Renovation Project (HCPS #100130), is currently accepting letters of interest and prequalifying subcontractors/vendors for this project. The Project consists of work from November 2022 through June 2023, including selective demolition, concrete and masonry patching, drywall and metal framing, flooring replacement, lab casework and equipment, mechanical and plumbing alterations, electrical modifications. Additional scope of work includes but not limited to, daily/final cleaning, drywall patching, and paint patching. Bid Documents are currently available, with Sealed Bids being due in August. Final dates TBD. MBE/WBE/SBE Participation is encouraged. All prequalification inquiries shall be submitted electronically to Williams Company Tampa.
