This work is required by Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC) located at the Macdonald-Cartier Data Centre, 1600 Tom Roberts Road, Ottawa, Ontario. Any resulting contract will be for a period of five (5) years. There is a security requirement associated with this requirement. This requirement is subject to the provisions of the World Trade Organization Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-GPA), the UK Trade Agreement, the Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement between Canada, the European Union (CETA) and the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA) and the Comprehensive and Progressive Agreement for Trans-Pacific Partnership (CPTPP). A mandatory site visit is associated with this requirement, for which a personnel security clearance is required in order to grant access rights to PROTECTED information, assets or facilities. See Part 2 Instructions to Bidders. This bid solicitation allows bidders to use the epost Connect service offered by Canada Post Corporation for the electronic transmission of their bid. A personnel security clearance is required in order to grant access rights to protected work establishments. The Bidder's Company Security Officer (CSO) must ensure that its representative(s) hold(s) a valid security clearance at the level required for the site visit. Failure to meet the security requirements will result in the representative(s) being denied access to the site. SELECTION METHOD: A bid must comply with the requirements of the bid solicitation and meet all mandatory technical evaluation criteria to be declared responsive. The responsive bid with the lowest evaluated price will be recommended for award of a contract.
