Renovation of a mixed-use development in Atlanta, Georgia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 13,147-square-foot, one-story above grade municipal facility.

The upcoming GBA-managed Audits & Accounts project is to renovate 13,147 square feet of office space on the 5th floor of the Trinity Washington Building at 270 Washington Street, Atlanta, GA. for the Department of Audits & Accounts. This project consists of new gypsum, glass, doors, all new finishes, carpet tile and LVT as well as new lighting and renovations to the electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and fire protection systems to accommodate the revised layout and renovation. Existing ceiling height will be raised 6 inches. This project will mirror a previous renovation for the same agency on a separate floor of this building. All bidders must provide examples of three (3) previous projects of similar scope with references in order to be pre-approved and considered.
