The Illinois Department of Human Services is seeking a vendor to provide for fire alarm repair, maintenance, inspection and testing services at John Madden Mental Health Center. Pursuant to CPO Notice 2020.06, State agencies shall only accept electronic submissions for competitive solicitations. This procurement is for Small Business Set Aside Program vendors only. FY23-FY25: Cost of Services during outside normal business hours Monday-Friday after 4:30 pm: Three year Initial Term for Fire Alarm Repair and Maintenance Services at John Madden MHC. Includes annual inspections, quarterly inspections of all unit fire alarm systems, semi annual inspection of dietary exhaust hood, annual backflow inspections, and sprinkler systems and domestic cold water system inspections. FY23-FY25: Cost of Services during Sundays and Holidays: Three year Initial Term for Fire Alarm Repair and Maintenance Services at John Madden MHC. Includes annual inspections, quarterly inspections of all unit fire alarm systems, semi annual inspection of dietary exhaust hood, annual backflow inspections, and sprinkler systems and domestic cold water system inspections.
