Site work for a swimming pool in Windsor, Ontario. Completed plans call for site work for a swimming pool.
Construction of an outdoor swimming pool. To prequalify contractors for the construction of a replacement outdoor swimming pool at Lanspeary Park, 1250 Langlois Ave, Windsor Ontario. The City's internal project team consists of the Project Coordinator, Parks and Recreation, Facilities, Maintenance, and Information Technology. Archon Architects Inc. has been retained by the City to provide consulting and design services. Construction is anticipated to commence in the Spring of 2023. This Project involves the supply and installation of a new outdoor concrete swimming pool with a footprint of approximately 5,200 square feet, containing a zero-entry wading area 4 swimming lanes, and diving area, new circulation, filtration, and water treatment systems will be installed in basement level of the existing change room building adjacent to pool area.. Additionally, new 10' high fencing, site lighting and site-work will be required for the expanded pool area. The project will further include removal of existing pool, concrete apron, related pool equipment, existing fencing and site-work related to the expanded pool footprint. The City is pre-qualifying General Contractors to provide all necessary labour, materials, equipment, services and other related expenses to execute the renovations at these Facilities. Prequalified Proponents will be invited to respond to the City RFT process for this project. Question Deadline: 12/15/2022 at 4:30 PM ET
