The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to outline the services required of a Professional Project Management Firm (PPM) relative to the planning and development of the New Windsor/Essex Acute Care Hospital Project (NWEACHP - refer to herein as "the Project"), that is currently proposed to be delivered as a Design Build Finance Maintain (DBFM) project under the direction of the Ministry of Health (MoH) and the support of Infrastructure Ontario (IO). Construction is anticipated to commence in 2027. WRH is seeking a professional project management firm for a period of up to ten (10) years, registered within the Province of Ontario, to support the management of all aspects of planning, design, procurement and construction and commissioning of a major health campus redevelopment project.
