The intent of this Request for Proposals and resulting contract is to obtain Management and/or Consulting Services related to certain Community Development programs as detailed herein. More specifically, Cherry Hill Township is a Federal Entitlement Community under the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development's (HUD) Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Program. The Township is seeking a vendor to manage and/or consult with this program. Firms responding to this Request for Proposals should have extensive experience and a knowledgeable background and qualifications in the provision of the services described herein.
