Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Lawrence, Kansas. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
Street, waterline, storm sewer, and sanitary sewer force main improvements from the intersection of 6th Street/Queens Road extending north 4,750 feet to the North City Limits. Work includes, but is not limited to approximately +-8800 Tons Asphalt (Bid Alt 1) or +-16,200 SY of 8" NRDJ Conc. Pvm't (Bid Alt 2), Traffic Signal System, 34 Curb Inlets and Manholes, Sidewalks and Curb Ramps, +-15,000 LF of Curb and Gutter, +-4500 LF 8" & 12" PVC Waterline, and +-2350 LF of 10" PVC Force Main.
