Pipe rehabilitation at the Clinton Reservoir WTP, consisting of replacement of existing piping, miscellaneous pipe rehabilitation, and pipe re-coating work at the Chemical and Filter Building and the High Service Pump Station No. 1. The Work has been identified on the Drawings and herein as base bid work and bid alternate work. All questions and clarifications regarding this bid should be submitted only via email and directed to the City's purchasing department at purchasing@lawrenceks.org. The bid number shall be referenced in the email subject line. The questions deadline is July 5th at 5:00 p.m. Central Time Zone. All questions will receive an official written response from the City and will become addenda to this Bid. Each bid shall be accompanied by a bid bond no less than 5% of the amount of the bid made payable to the City of Lawrence, retained by the City Commission until a contract for the project shall have been awarded. Checks will be returned to the unsuccessful bidders when their bids are rejected
