Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Lawrence, Kansas. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
The work to be done under this contract includes: Provision of all labor and materials required for the installation of the improvements to the storm sewer system with approximately 1,686 linear feet (LF) of 8'x4' RCB, 42 LF of 54" RCP, 900 LF of 42" RCP, 35 LF of 36" RCP, 228 LF of 24" RCP, 204 LF of 18" RCP, 217 LF of 15" RCP, 25 EA Curb Inlets and Junction Boxes of various sizes. Provision of all labor and materials required for the installation of the improvements to the watermain with approximately 1,435 LF of 16" Waterline, 176 LF of 12" Waterline, 2,192 LF of 8" Waterline, and 86 LF of 6" Waterline. Provision of all labor and materials required for the installation of the improvements to the sanitary sewer system with approximately 1,060 LF of 15" PVC, 76 LF of 10" PVC, 171 LF of 8" PVC, 5 EA of 4' Dia. Manholes, 4 EA of 5' Dia. Manholes. Provisions of all labor and materials required for the removal and replacement of pavement, curb and gutter, sidewalk, and driveways required to complete the installation of the storm sewer, sanitary sewer, and water line systems as shown on the plans. Street improvements will include approximately 2,650 Tons of asphalt pavement, 3,700 SY of Concrete Pavement, and 3450 LF of Concrete Curb and Gutter. The bid number shall be referenced in the email subject line. The questions deadline is October 18, 2024 - 12:00 pm Central Time Zone. All questions will receive an official written response from the City and will become addenda to this Bid.
