Site work and new construction of a municipal facility in Amarillo, Texas. Working plans call for the construction of a 151,250-square-foot, three-story above grade municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.
It is the intention for this project to include the following scope of work to include the remodel of the existing structure located at 600 south Johnson for the new City Hall for the city of Amarillo. The CMAR awarded this contract would work with the Citys ODR and Sims Architects to control pricing though collaboration with the parties involved. It will be the goal of all parties involved to reach all construction timelines and stay within the approved GMP of $27,000,000.00. The City of Amarillo is soliciting request for proposals for a construction manager at risk for the construction of the new City hall at 600 South Johnson for the City of Amarillo per the attached bidding documents and specifications
