No subcontracting allowed for the purchase or installation The bid price must include the following: 1. All parts, labor, equipment, supplies, and services necessary to install a new roofing system at the Fire Department building. 2. Remove existing TPO roof system. 3. Install approximately 3,200 square feet of TPO Roof System. 4. Flash must be done based off of industry requirements. 5. Start Up and Verify Operations 6. Warranty information 7. Crane or lifts needed for the job 8. Installation must be done per state and local codes
