The purpose of this solicitation is to attain roof repair services for 3 buildings located in San Diego, California. Magnitude of Construction Projects, the price range of this project is anticipated to be betw een $100,000 and $250,000 *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and quality control necessary, except as specified in paragraph 3.0 as government furnished, to perform roof repairs on three (3) buildings. It is the Contractor's responsibility that all work performed and all materials furnished shall comply with the applicable federal, state, and local regulatory requirements. Violations resulting from stipulations in existing codes shall be corrected by the Contractor at his own expense.This Contract is for work to be performed at Buildings 1, 2, and 3 located on the San Diego Air National Guard Station. All roofing materials are to be installed and applied per manufacturer's specifications and instructions. The intent of the project is to provide a leak-free roof at each of the buildings, repair identified deficiencies, and to provide a 2-year no leak guarantee on those repairs.
