As of November 7, 2022, a design team has not been identified and a construction timeline has not been established *The previous solicitation is listed below for reference. The City of Roanoke, Virginia, is requesting Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) from Offerors to provide Design services for an in-river park in Roanoke, Virginia, in accordance with all terms, conditions, and specifications as set out in this Request for Qualifications (RFQL). This is a two-step qualifications-based competitive negotiation process as authorized by Section 2.2- 4382 of the Code of Virginia and City of Roanoke Ordinance No. 39922-050514 adopting written procedures governing the selection, evaluation, and award of design-build contracts. Qualified Offerors will be invited to submit proposals for the second step of this process. Inquiries regarding this RFQL, procurement procedures, and/or SOQ submission shall be directed to Cassandra Switzer, Senior Buyer via email at cassandra.switzer@roanokeva.gov All inquiries, questions and comments shall be submitted on or before 5:00 pm, September 8, 2022. The Method of Contractor Selection has not been determined at this Time.
