Contract No: FA66819CA012 This requirement is a completion project resulting from a termination for default. This is a 100% small business set aside. DISCLOSURE OF MAGNITUDE is between $250,000 and $500,000. NOTICE TO OFFEROR(S)/SUPPLIER(S): FUNDS ARE NOT PRESENTLY AVAILABLE FOR THIS EFFORT. NO AWARD WILL BE MADE UNDER THIS SOLICITATION UNTIL FUNDS ARE AVAILABLE. THE GOVERNMENT RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CANCEL THIS SOLICITATION, EITHER BEFORE OR AFTER THE CLOSING DATE. IN THE EVENT THE GOVERNMENT CANCELS THIS SOLICITATION, THE GOVERNMENT HAS NO OBLIGATION TO REIMBURSE AN OFFEROR FOR ANY COSTS. This acquisition shall utilize the lowest price technically acceptable (LPTA) source selection procedures and the provisions of sections L and M. A 100% Performance Bond and 100% Payment Bond will be required prior to issuance of the notice to proceed. The Contractor must be registered in the System for Award Management (https://www.sam.gov). The Government intends to make award based on the initial proposal submissions without conducting discussions. Therefore, each offer should contain the Offeror's best terms from a price and technical standpoint. However, the Government reserves the right to hold discussions if, during the evaluation, it is determined to be in the best interest of the Government.
