Estimated Construction Cost: $25,000 (minimum) to $5,000,000 (maximum) for the initial term. The Job Order Contract awarded under this solicitation will include two possible one-year extensions for up to $5,000,000 each. Individual Job Order Authorizations will range from $500 to $1,000,000. The University of California, Irvine seeks to hire a Contractor to perform structured cabling and infrastructure installation that will be delivered by Job Order Contract (JOC). Work under the JOC will be limited to the following: All labor, materials, and equipment as well as technical expertise, supervision, and management to install horizontal structured cabling systems to support wireless access points and high-speed user connections. Provide necessary pathways, raceways, and cable support systems. Build out IDF rooms with necessary overhead racking and equipment racks. Install ISP / OSP fiber optic, copper backbone, and riser infrastructure. Install telecommunications systems grounding. Install electrical breakers, branch circuits, receptacles, etc., to support IDF room network equipment. Contract Term: One year with two one-year extensions at the University's option *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
