The Project includes water main installation, water main removal, removal and replacement of HMA driveway, and associated permanent seeding and fertilizing. The construction is located in the NE quadrant of the West Bridge Road and Parker Boulevard intersection of Polk City, Iowa. Bids tabulated in said Council Chambers for consideration by the City Council at its meeting on September 12, 2022. Work on the improvementshall be commenced any time upon approval of the contract by the Council and after a written Notice to Proceed is issued, which shall be no earlier than September 19, 2022. The Contractor shall be given the option to complete this work in the Fall of 2022 or the Spring of 2023 as stated below
