Renovation of a library in Topeka, Kansas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a library.
Submission of Bidder Questions: Tuesday, August 23, 2022 at 4:00 PM Voluntary alternates and bidder questions must be submitted to the Project Coordinator in writing, preferably by email. The work includes providing new furniture, tables and lounge chairs within the Movies & Media Lounge space. This request for proposal includes two bid packages. Dealerships may bid Package A, Package B, or both furniture packages. Dealerships are not required to bid both packages to be considered. Renovations will proceed the installation of furniture, therefore, delivery and installation will need to be coordinated with the General Contractor. Substantial Completion for Renovations by General Contractor are scheduled to be completed by December 31, 2022. Furniture Installation may begin after Substantial Completion is reached. *The list of planholders and/or interested bidders is not being tracked by the stakeholders involved with this project.
