The City Reserves the right to purchase additional rotary lobe style pumps at the bid price, subject to availability, within six months of the bid closing date. This bid event will result in the form of a six month contract with the awarded bidder, which will include six month fixed price for the City's right to order additional parts. Shipping: Material to be furnished shall be delivered F.O.B. destination, freight prepaid and allowed to the: Oakland Wastewater Treatment Plant, 1115 NE Poplar St., Topeka, KS 66616.
