Site work for a water / sewer project in Topeka, Kansas. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Rehabilitation of approximately 1,700 linear feet of existing drainage channel in the Brookfield Subdivision from SW 21 st Street to SW 23rd Terrace. All bids must be accompanied by a cashier's check or a bid bond for not less than five percent (5%) of the amount bid (including alternates), made payable to the City of Topeka, Kansas. The original bid security shall be in the office of Contracts and Procurement before the 2:00 closing date. All persons seeking to enter into a contract with the City shall submit an acceptable affirmative action program in accordance with Section 2.135.130 of the Code of the City of Topeka, Kansas.
