This Invitation to Tender consists of the manufacture, supply, delivery, unloading/offloading, and installation of a complete Playground Equipment solution as described within the Specifications attached hereto. A Contract will be awarded to the vendor submitting a bid detailing a complete Playground Equipment solution which includes the functionality detailed within the Specification attached to this Invitation to Tender. Vendor agrees to deliver and install the Playground Equipment in its entirety--complete with all parts and accessories required for each Item at the Shipping Address detailed above. Unit Price for Items 1, and 2 should include the delivery and unloading/offloading of all products and materials to the Shipping Address detailed above. Unit Price for Item 3 should include all costs including the supply of materials and labor, the delivery and unloading/offloading of materials required to complete the surfacing, and installation of the finished surfaces. Unit Price for Item 4 should include the supply of all labor and materials required to complete the full installation of all products detailed within Items 1, 2, and 3. SUB-CONTRACTING PERMITTED Installation of items 1 and 2 may be sub-contracted. Supply and installation of item 3 may be sub-contracted. As per the clause titled 'Submittals' below, interested Vendors are required to complete Items 1, 2, 3, and 4 as part of their bid for Contract Award consideration.
