* Award subject to final approval. Each tender must be accompanied by a Bid Bond in the amount of 10% of the total tendered price, taxes included, payable to the Regional Town of Cap-Acadie. The name of the tendering firm and the identification of the contract shall be indicated on the envelope. The successful Bidder will have to submit to the Owner, at the time of the contract execution, a Performance Bond and a Labour and Material Payment Bond, each equal to 50% of the Contract amount. Tendering procedures and amendments of the Construction Services Regulation 2022-78 under the Procurement Act and amendments thereto shall apply to this contract. The Town reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders. The lowest/highest or any qualified tender will not necessarily be accepted Question Deadline 06/14/2024 at 3:00 PM AT
