Renovation of a municipal facility in Cedar Point, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 2,890-square-foot municipal facility.

Carteret County Government is seeking proposals to paint the interior and exterior at the 2,890 Sqft Western Planning and Inspections Office located at 701 Cedar Point Blvd., Cedar Point, NC 25884. Alternate Bid #1: The Contractor shall remove all existing texture from ceilings, smooth flat, prime and paint. Contractors must be able to provide current Certificates of Insurance for public liability, property damage, and Workers Compensation. Quotes/bids/proposals will not be accepted after the due date assigned. All contractual terms and conditions will be subject to review by Carteret County and will include scope,schedule, and other necessary items pertaining to the project. Please provide your proposal with break outs for labor, materials and tax if applicable.
