ALL CONTRACTORS who may be bidding on the work under this Contract shall read and observe this Addendum and any future Addenda. Every Bidder shall note that while certain requirements in this Addendum may be specifically noted as applying to a particular page and section in the Specifications or to a Plan Number, such changes shall apply also to any other Page or Plan where the change is relevant. Each CONTRACTOR who is bidding on this work shall take cognizance of the revisions, changes, additions or deletions shown in this and future Addenda and shall provide for the same in their bids. The Addenda shall be attached to the BID PROPOSAL FORM when submitting bids. Receipt of the Addendum shall be acknowledged in the space provided below AND ON THE BID PROPOSAL FORM. 1. Refer to Section D, Page 9, Paragraph 11.D.(1) of the Specifications and Contract Drawings Numbered 1-520-137-3 and 1-520-137-5. The new tank sidewall height shall be 37.59 feet instead of 38.27 feet. 2. In addition to the tank ladder safety cage and safety tube (bottom 20 feet of ladder), the tank ladder shall be equipped with an OSHA approved Personal Fall Arrest System (PFAS). 3. Refer to Section D, Page 21, Paragraph 11.G.(7) d. All ladder step-off platforms shall be constructed of galvanized steel instead of aluminum.
