Demolition, site work, renovation and addition to a municipal facility in Locust Valley, New York. Completed plans call for the addition of a municipal facility; for the demolition of a municipal facility; for the renovation of a municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.
Each Bid must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in the amount not less than five (5%) percent of the amount of the bid and made payable to the Village of Lattingtown as assurance that the bid is made in good faith, and also a Statement of Non-Collusion as required by Section 103d of the General Municipal Law. The contractor will be required to comply with all provisions of the Labor Law of the State of New York. The successful bidder shall be required to furnish liability insurance, property insurance and Worker's Compensation insurance with the Village as a named insured along with performance, payment and maintenance bonds. The Village Board of Trustees reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, waive any informality in any proposals and to accept such proposals the Village Board deems most favorable to the interest of the Village after all proposals have been examined and checked.
