**No proposals were received and the Borough is not pursuing another RFP at this time.** The Borough is soliciting proposals from interested firms to provide and install two (2) electric vehicle (EV) charging stations in one of the two potential locations shown in Exhibit A. The Borough is seeking proposals the will provide the public with said charging stations at the lowest responsible cost to both the users and the Borough. The Borough will accept proposals for the installation of said charging station in exchange for the right to utilize said charging stations for electronic advertising displays. This RFP is not intended to be an offer, order or contract and should not be regarded as such, nor shall any obligation or liability be imposed on the Borough by issuance of this RFP. The Borough reserves the right at the Borough's sole discretion to refuse any submission. Furthermore, the Borough reserves the right to reject any or all submissions, if necessary, or to waive any informalities in the submissions, and, unless otherwise specified by the Engineering Firm, to accept any item, items or services in the submissions should it be deemed in the best interest of the Borough to do so
