Renovation of a municipal facility in Cassville, Missouri. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

**PLEASE NOTE** No bidding documents for this project. Everything is done via a site visit. North Hall System Replace the current 50% gas furnace with a 95% gasfurnace. Replace 4 ton coil and 6 SEER condensing unitwith 13 SEER; upgrade return air to a filter grill in thehall near floor level; upgrade gas line to meet code requirements; install PVC vent utilizing current 6" vent asa chase to the roof. Equipment: Furnace 76,000 BTU output; 4 ton coil, 3phase, 4 ton condensing Unit Electrical: Upgrade electrical bringing it to code. Plumbing: Modify existing line as necessary to accommodate the new equipment. Modify existing condensateremoval lines to accommodate the new equipment. Upgrade the gas line with hand operated gas cutoff, dripleg at the furnace, and stainless flexible connector. Venting: Vent the furnace with schedule 40 PVC utilizing the existing vent as a chase to the roof; no new holescut in the roof, unless approved. Ducting: Modify the existing ducting to accommodatethe new equipment. Return air box to accommodate thenew furnace, and bring return air to code by installinga filter grill east of the equipment near floor level inthe hall. Commercial Warranty: Needs to be included in bidwhich shall also include the boom to place the new uniton the roof.
