OCWA is issuing this Request for Bid (the "RFB") to find qualified vendors who will become part of a Vendor of Record (VOR) roster to provide civil maintenance services at the South Peel (SP) Water and Wastewater Treatment Plants located in Mississauga. Up to five legal entities will be selected for the provision of deliverables. The selected vendor(s) will be required to enter into a master agreement for a period of five years with the possibility of one extension of one year. The selected Bidder(s) will provide general repairs, building maintenance and preventative maintenance at South Peel facilities. These services as required by OCWA may include but are not limited to list below: o Flooring Installations and Repairs o Minor Roof Repairs o Minor Masonry/Parging Repairs o Wall Repairs, Carpentry and Millwork o Plumbing o Door and Fencing Repairs o Windows Replacements and Repairs o Minor Excavation/Grading Send any questions via email to Rashmi Vatish at procurement@ocwa.com before September 2, 2022, at 1:00pm.
