For the North/East/South Park Road Roadway Improvement Project, according to bid documents on file at ARC Document Solutions Each bid must be made on the original forms provided in the bid book or formal addendum if issued. Attention is directed to the special statutory provisions (Section 4115.03 of the Ohio Revised Code) governing the prevailing rate of wages to be paid to laborers and mechanics employed on public improvements. The Board of Trustees reserves the right to waive irregularities and to reject any and all bids.
