In particular, replacing the controller, the pumping unit and the control valve, the panels, the equipment and drive rollers of the landing doors, replacing the cabin, etc. - CHSLD Cowansville: replace the hydraulic cylinder-piston assembly of the elevator and perform other minor work. In particular, supplying and installing PVC protection around the new cylinder-piston, replacing the shock absorbers, installing a shut-off valve, a rupture valve and a silencer in the pit, etc. - CHSLD Sutton: replace the hydraulic cylinder-piston assembly of the elevator and perform other minor work. In particular, supplying and installing PVC protection around the new cylinder-piston, replacing the shock absorbers, installing a rupture valve and a silencer in the pit, etc. Work completion time: 8 weeks + 5 days for Farnham, 5 days for Cowansville and 5 days for Sutton. A contractor holding a restricted license issued by the Régie du bâtiment du Québec or registered in the register of enterprises ineligible for public contracts (RENA) and whose period of ineligibility for public contracts has not ended, is not eligible to submit a bid; these two cases of inadmissibility also apply to the tenderer's subcontractors. Tenderers are responsible for the choice of subcontractors, both for their solvency and for the content of their tender; and must inform them of the conditions they intend to impose on them and ensure that they hold the required permits and licenses.
