Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Kingston, Ontario. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
The work includes approximately: - 6,110 metres of 50mm, 100mm, and 150, Temporary Water By-Pass Piping - 3,111 metres of 150mm, 200mm and 300mm Watermain Liner - 210 square metres of asphalt pavement - 75 square metres of concrete sidewalk - 50 metres of concrete curb - Associated asphalt, sod, and concrete restoration Structural Lining of 100mm, 150mm, 200mm and 300mm diameter watermains a) Temporary potable water by-pass piping, b) Installation of new gate valves, c) Installation of new fire hydrants, d) Associates surface restorations (sod, asphalt, sidewalk, curbs, etc.) Contract to be fully complete by November 15, 2023, with renewal clauses for the 2024 and 2025 Construction Seasons, as per the contract documents.
