Inc Contractor Awarded Address: Dracut, MA 01826-5760 USA Base and All Options Value (Total Contract Value): $90459.00 THE WORK CONSISTS OF: Furnish all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to renovate the Franklin Falls Project Office. The renovation includes: removing wood paneling from office walls; removal of attic insulation and replacement with new insulation; removal of Low Density Fiberboard (LDF) ceilings in designated areas; removal of trim and crown moulding in designated areas; prepare and re-finish approximately 1232 sq ft of hardwood flooring; removal and replacement of carpet in designated areas; removal of composite tile flooring in the kitchen and bathroom and replacement with laminate flooring; removal of existing ceiling lighting and replacement with new recessed Light Emitting Diode (LED) ceiling lighting; installation of new trim in designated areas; installation of new drywall on designated wall areas; installation of new drywall on designated ceiling areas; removal of specific hollow core office doors and replacement with solid core wooden interior doors; priming of newly installed drywall, trim, moulding, and finish painting of walls, trim, moulding, doors, kitchen, bathroom and ceilings in designated areas as described in this Statement of Work. The magnitude of construction is between $25,000 and $100,000 This is not a request for quotes at this time. The solicitation requirements and contract documents, to include instructions for submission, and the response date will be available on or about September 6, 2022. Neither telephonic, mailed nor faxed requests for hard copies of this solicitation will be accepted. The solicitation will only be available online; in order to download the solicitation offerors must access the Contract Opportunities website (www.SAM.gov). This procurement is set-aside for small business vendors. The applicable NAICS code is 236220 with a Small Business Size Standard of $39.5 Million. ALL VENDORS MUST HAVE AN ACTIVE REGISTRATION IN SAM.GOV AT THE TIME OF SUBMISSION IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED. ANY OFFEROR THAT DOES NOT HAVE AN ACTIVE SAM.GOV REGISTRATION WILL BE REJECTED AS NON RESPONSIVE. 1.Scope - Furnish all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to renovate the Franklin Falls Project Office. Location - The Franklin Falls Dam Project Office is located at 46 Granite Drive in Franklin, New Hampshire 03235. 3. Site Visit - Contact the Technical Point of Contact (TPOC) to arrange a site visit. The TPOC for the project is Tia Mercer (978-318-8323, 603-230-0812 or tia.m.mercer@usace.army.mil ). 4. Schedule - Work shall commence within 15 days after the Notice to Proceed, proceed diligently, and be completed for use no later than 120 days after Notice to Proceed. The PreConstruction Conference shall be completed within 15 days of Notice to Proceed. All submittals to include safety and product submittals shall be submitted, reviewed, and accepted within 30 days of Notice to Proceed. Work shall be performed Monday through Friday 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM unless otherwise approved in advance by the TPOC. No work shall be done on weekends or Government holidays.
