The Town of Exeter seeks to engage an Environmental Engineering Firm to provide environmental engineering and regulatory coordination services to bring the Town into compliance with the Stormwater Permit and solve the concerns raised by the Rhode Island Department of Environmental Management. Firms responding to this request should be adequately qualified, of sufficient size and staffed to perform this assignment, A listing of qualifications, background and specific experiences to be included with the proposals. The Environmental Engineering Firm will be evaluated and selected based on the following criteria; o Past performance on similar projects dealing with RIDEM o Understanding of the project objectives and needs, and o Comparison of the fixed fee price. It is anticipated that the bid will be awarded during the Regular Meeting of the Exeter Town Council on Tuesday, September 6, 2022, at 7:00 p.m., in Council Chambers, Exeter Clerk's Office Building, 675 Ten Rod Road, Exeter, Rhode Island. The bid will be awarded on the basis of the lowest qualified bid price or the lowest evaluated or responsive bid price. The Town of Exeter reserves the right to refuse or reject, in whole or in part, any or all proposals or any parts thereof, to waive any informalities and/or technicalities in same, or to accept any proposal deemed to be in the best interest of the Town, whether or not it is the lowest proposal.
