Renovation of a library in Exeter, Rhode Island. Completed plans call for the renovation of a library.
The Town of Exeter seeks to engage an automatic door specialist to provide and install two push-plateactivated automatic door openers for the library building's interior foyer doors. An automatic opener currently exists for the outside door. An electrician will run wiring to the power source. All other equipment and parts necessary for the full operation of the door openers must be provided and installed by the contractor. o Provide and install two automatic door openers for the library's interior foyer doors o Provide and install all equipment and parts necessary for the full operation of the door openers o Work with an electrician hired by the library to provide power to the equipment assembly The Town of Exeter Reserves the Rights to Reject any or All Proposals.
