Completed plans call for the construction of a stadium; educational facility; sidewalk / parking lot; for the remodel of a stadium; educational facility; sidewalk / parking lot; for the renovation of a stadium; educational facility; sidewalk / parking lot; for site work for a stadium; educational facility; sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a stadium; educational facility; and sidewalk / parking lot.
*As of March 2023, the elementary school improvements are out to bid via the construction manager. A bid package and construction schedule for the remaining portions of work has not been solidified. The $30 million bond will consist of: District wide improvements including security upgrades, restroom upgrades, HVAC Controls Replacement Elementary School Improvements including; kitchen upgrades, new gymnasium, new canopy system, classroom remodel Middle School Improvements including; kitchen upgrades, gymnasium renovation, cafeteria remodel, classroom remodel, new canopy system High School Improvements including; new fieldhouse, additional parking, new auxiliary gymnasium, and new educational center for the arts.
