Construction of a new 26,694 SF two-story Fire Station with associated sitework, MEPFPs, and demolition. Phased construction: Existing fire station and living quarters remain operational during construction of new station. Masonry, Misc Metals, W/D/C, Roofing, Metal Windows, Glazing, Tile, Acoustical Ceilings, Resilient Flooring, Painting, Elevator, Fire Protection, Plumbing, HVAC, Electrical This project is being electronically bid. Prequalified General and Filed Sub Trades only except Elevator which is open to all DCAMM certified elevator firms. Contractor Qualification DCAMM Certificate Sub Bid Deadline 12/15/22 Time 2:00 P.M. The project includes construction of the new Norfolk Fire Station, and demolition of the existing adjacent station and outbuildings, which will be completed in phased sequence as described in Section 01 10 00 - SUMMARY and as generally described in phasing diagrams in drawings. B. The project area is approximately 26,700 square feet. C. The preliminary estimated project construction cost is approximately $19,000,000.
