The Town of Norfolk, acting by and through its Land Use Department is issuing this Request for Proposal ("RFP") to invite proposals from qualified consultants to prepare a Master Plan for the Town of Norfolk. The preparation of the RFP response shall be at the expense of the respondent. It is the sole responsibility of the respondent to fully examine this RFP and referenced documents. Questions shall be sent via email to Richard J. McCarthy, Town Planner rmccarthy@norfolk.ma.us by September 7, 2022. Answers to timely submitted questions will be answered via email with all those on record as having received a copy of the RFP. It is the responsibility of the respondent to ensure timely delivery of proposals. The Town of Norfolk reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, to informalities, and to accept the proposal in its best interests. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
