The Work includes the supply of labour, transport, materials, services, equipment and incidentals necessary to complete the Work. Also included is all work of a general nature such as co-ordination, obtaining permits and approvals, clean-up, property protection and testing. In general without limiting the scope of the Work, the Contract consists of the supply and installation of approximately 250 lineal metres of concrete curb and gutter, 30 lineal metres of PVC storm sewer, precast concrete structures (750mm Diameter), 170 tonnes asphalt concrete, and site restoration. Specifications may be obtained from Dillon Consulting Limited, upon payment of Fifty Dollars Non-refundable (which includes applicable HST). A Bid Bond or Certified Cheque, payable to the Town of Grand Bay - Westfield, in the amount of TEN PERCENT (10%) of the Total Tender Price (including HST) must accompany each Tender. This project is cost shared by the Department of Transportation and Infrastructure of the Province of New Brunswick under the Designated Highway Program and the Town of Grand Bay - Westfield.
