Site work for a mixed-use development in Grand Bay-Westfield, New Brunswick. Completed plans call for site work for a development.
The Proponent shall provide a total "turnkey" project including all necessary design, equipment,labour, plant, materials, manufacturing, installation and commissioning services for the installation of a new ground mounted utility-interactive photovoltaic system that shall produce a minimum of 135,000 kWh AC per year at the point of interconnection. The system shall have a 96kW AC maximum nameplate capacity and be fed from a new 400A service entrance for the interconnection to New Brunswick Power. The Proponent should prepare a system summary detailing each location, applicable equipment/size, and predicted system energy production (kWh). This project shall meet all codes and requirements of this Statement of Work that apply. This turnkey system includes the design, supply, installation and commissioning photovoltaic system complete with all labour, plant, equipment, permits, coordination, fees and materials necessary to provide a fully operational system. The proponent shall also provide all site development including clearing, grubbing, excavation, trucking, disposal, backfill, and site grading, compaction as necessary to prepare the site for the new system. Also included in the work is all site restoration including 100mm topsoil and hydroseeding of all disturbed vegetated areas, reinstatement of all roads and surface finishes disturbed during construction with new materials matching existing and the supply and installation of all fencing, cabinets, panels and other protective equipment necessary to meet all applicable codes and standards. The Contractor shall ensure vehicular access to the site and blower building is maintained through construction to accommodate operation and maintenance activities. The Contractor shall be responsible for obtaining and paying for all permits, utility locates and clearance certificates. The Contractor shall be responsible for sourcing all appropriate disposal sites as required to facilitate the work and shall be responsible for all associated disposal fees and for maintaining and leaving disposal sites with a clean and finished appearance.
