Le Centre communautaire Sainte-Anne (CCSA) is offering a business opportunity to private sector firms with the experience, resources and commitment necessary to deliver an excellent level of lawn maintenance, mowing and trimming services to the facility located at 715, Priestman Street in Fredericton, New Brunswick. The CCSA is seeking these services through a Request for Proposals process. The Contractor deemed potentially acceptable and having the highest proposal evaluation score will be selected to participate with the CCSA in the preparation of a mutually acceptable contract that will spell out such things as: desired outcomes, operational methods, performance criteria, consequences and costs. Contract could be renewed yearly for a maximum duration of five (5) years. If the annual reviews are successful. Control Number 17360158
