Contract for the provision of janitorial services for the Moncton Agriculture Building and Moncton Provincial buildings located at 381 Killiam Dr., 414 and 428 Collishaw Street respectively. Janitorial contract for a two (2) year period from May 1, 2022 to April 30, 2024 with the option to renew for two (2) additional one(1) year periods upon written agreement from both parties. OPTION YEAR PRICING - Pricing shall be subject to negotiation of a satisfactory contract price not to exceed the tendered price plus any published increase in the New Brunswick Consumer Price Index. References, criminal record check, insurance and WorkSafe NB registered and in good standing are mandatory as per section 4.1, 10.1, 12 and 12.1 respectively. The contract will be awarded to the lowest compliant bid based on the total contract price for the two (2) year period. Bidders are required to bid on all locations in order to be considered. Please Note: Specification section b) has been changed to "The Contractor shall pay a minimum basic hourly rate (excluding benefits) of not less than $15.75 per hour to all employees carrying out work under this contract."
