Renovation of a municipal facility in Sandpoint, Idaho. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The project can be summarized to include remodel of Type III-B construction. Building components shall consist of demolition, concrete, cabinets, wood doors, hollow metal (HM) doors and frames, carpet tile, Luxury Vinyl Tile (LVT), rubber base, acoustical ceiling tile and grid, Gypsum Wall Board (GWB), painting, power, data, security, HVAC ducting, and plumbing. A bid bond in the amount of 5% of the total bid amount is required. A Public Works Contractor License for the State of Idaho is required to bid this work. Disadvantaged Business Enterprises are encouraged to submit bids. Bids Due September 21, 2022 Anticipated Notice of Intent to Award – October 5, 2022 Anticipated Award Date and Notice to Proceed – October 6, 2022 Substantial Completion – May 31, 2023 Final Completion – June 30, 2023
