The City of Sandpoint, Idaho is requesting statements of qualifications (SOQ) from qualified firms to perform licensed professional services, including engineering, architectural, landscape architecture, construction management, and land surveying, pursuant to Idaho Code 67-2320, as well as related non-licensed, professional services. The purpose of this solicitation is to develop a list of pre-qualified consultants (Professional Services Roster) to assist the City with a variety project-specific and/or on-call professional services. This list will be developed for multiple Categories of Professional Services. The RFQ provides the minimum criteria used to determine if a firm is qualified based upon a pass/fail evaluation.
