The City of Coweta/Coweta Public Works Authority are accepting proposals for cutting and bailing vegetation on properties owned by the City of Coweta and the Coweta Public Works Authority (Owners). Proposals must be all inclusive; properties are generally located on the westside of the Coweta Sports Park and on the northside of the CPWA Wastewater Treatment Plant. (See accompanying graphics). The cutting and bailing shall be performed in a workman like manner, with minimal disturbance to surrounding properties. The properties shall be cut and bailed no less than two (2) times per year and the bails removed within seven (7) calendar days of bailing. Bidders shall provide their own equipment for cutting and bailing the properties and accept all risk for any damages to the property, equipment, or operators The property at the Coweta Sports Park has been cut once this season. The successful bidder will retain the right to cut and bail the properties until June 30, 2023, unless otherwise notified by the Owners. The contract may be extended for an additional one-year term with the consent of the Owners and the successful Bidder. Bidders should contact Wes Richter, Public Works Director, at 918-486-8073 for property access if needed. The Owners reserve the right to reject any and all proposals received.
